Here’s our story: We arrived at Kahalui Airport on Maui on Tuesday, January 24th at around 8pm. We got our rental car and went straight back to the airport to pick up ‘Big’ Ruby (D’Arcy’s mom). We headed to the Maui Hill and checked in. ‘Lil’ Ruby had a rough go that first night but when we awoke to sunshine and warmth the next morning she was all smiles. Preparation for the big day was our main focus including testing out the local Mai tai recipes. We also previewed the beach where we were to get married. It was beautiful and perfect. Ruby liked it too. |

On Wednesday, the 25th guests began to arrive. The beach seemed to be the most popular destination with the pool and hot tub coming a close second. Our big errands that day were picking up Koga at the airport and heading to Costco to buy alcohol. Then we were off to the pool.
